We ship 5 days a Week. We love to combine shipping on all of our auction lots and buy it now listings. Please add your items to your shopping cart and then checkout to receive our combined shipping discount. Import duties, taxes, and charges from the customs of your country are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyers responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.  
Return / Refund Policy
Customer Satisfaction is our first priority and is the main focus of our business. Kate's Unique Accessories happily accept returns within 30 days from the day of delivery. You may return your purchase for ANY reason in exchange for a full refund of your money (purchase price + original shipping paid) or a replacement for the item returned if we have one available, your choice. Return postage is the Buyer's responsibility. Please contact us via eBay messaging system so that we may prepare for your return.  Customers may return a purchase for ANY reason.  HOWEVER, to be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned UNUSED, Unopened (with original seal, if applicable), and in its original box with inserts as received by the Buyer.  Opened and/or used items are NOT eligible for a refund.  As always, there are exceptions to all rules, and we are always happy to work out any issues on an individual basis if you contact us by email.
POLICY ON RETURNS FOR SKIN CARE & COSMETICS LOTS:
In order to receive a refund on any skincare or cosmetics lot, all items in the lot must be returned for a full refund plus shipping. Due to the difficulty in arriving at an accurate value for individual parts of a lot, returns of less than the entire lot will not be accepted and partial refunds are not available. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will be happy to work out any issues on an individual basis if you contact us by email.
